1. Acceptance of Terms

The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your location, account status, and regulatory requirements.

All deposits are credited to your bk8ph3 account in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method, as specified on the Platform. 3.2 Withdrawals

4. Betting Rules and Game Policies

7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Self-Exclusion

7.1 Suspension by bk8ph3

bk8ph3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information, failed to complete KYC verification, or pose a risk to the Platform or other users. Account closure may result in forfeiture of account balances, bonus funds, pending wagers, and loyalty rewards, as permitted by applicable law and these Terms.

In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or other serious violations, bk8ph3 may freeze your account and withhold funds pending completion of an investigation. 9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The bk8ph3 Platform and all services, games, and Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk8ph3 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

bk8ph3 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times or that operation will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that defects will be corrected, that the Platform is free from viruses or other harmful components, or that results obtained from use of the Platform will be accurate or reliable. Technical difficulties, server maintenance, software updates, network issues, and other factors beyond our control may result in temporary service disruptions. bk8ph3 shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from such disruptions.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bk8ph3, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall bk8ph3's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the amount you deposited into your bk8ph3 account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability, or PHP 10,000, whichever is less. This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise.

9.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless bk8ph3, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, service providers, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and legal costs) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable laws or regulations; (d) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights; or (e) any fraudulent, negligent, or wrongful conduct on your part.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of your initial contact with customer support, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration or litigation as permitted by applicable law. All disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis, and you waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against bk8ph3.

11. Miscellaneous Provisions
